Ski Tour Organiser

PGL Ski forms part of our Product portfolio, which also includes activity centres in the UK, France and Australia.  The ski team arranges ski tours for schools and youth groups to a range of European resorts.

Working as part of a small team of Tour Organisers and alongside our in-house operations team, you will be responsible for planning and arranging all elements of the ski trip. You will have your own ski groups to look after and you will provide them with all the information needed to organise their tour. You will provide advice on how a ski trip runs and will process all the associated on-line administration to enable the Party Leader to organise their tour.

Relationship building is key as you will be the key point of contact for your Party Leaders. You will pride yourself on providing first class customer service and will have great attention to detail.

Whilst we have a dedicated Ski Sales team, you will be targeted with securing repeat bookings from your customers for the future. You will support the Ski Sales Executives to provide the relevant information to new and existing customers.

This is a busy, hands-on role where you sit at the heart of organising ski tours. You will enjoy working with others as part of a small team. You will relish the opportunity to pass on your passion for skiing and the mountains to our customers. You will have the opportunity to visit customers in resort during our peak periods, so a willingness to travel abroad is important.

The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience and strong administration skills. The ability to prioritise tasks and organise your own workload through some busy periods is key. Previous experience of skiing or boarding is highly desirable, to understand the finer details of what makes a great ski trip.
