We are looking for staff who can work in a busy residential multi activity centre with a wide range of client groups and age ranges. Staff need to be outgoing and friendly while able to uphold our organisational values, and provide support to young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society.

Role Summary and Purpose
Scout Adventures Lochgoilhead is a busy 150 bed residential centre on the west coast of Scotland offering outdoor learning provision to scouts, schools and youth groups. The centre also provides adult training, substantial DofE expedition and residential programme and is an RYA training centre. The role will involve variety and require flexibility and adaptability from staff.
