Location: Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development
Salary and Benefits Salary: £20,470 for 1404.2 hours per annum (inclusive of 14% holiday pay entitlement).

Annualised – Two year post - This is an annualised hours contract for 1404.20 hours per annum over 38 weeks per year. Hours will be worked through the months of March - November. Pay will be spread over the twelve month period.

The role
This exciting role ensures high quality outdoor learning facilitation delivering a wide range of activities and programmes influencing and ensuring high quality programmes are delivered to meet the customers’ needs.

This role will take on the daily supervision of staff and will influence the quality of delivery and help fulfil the business potential.

This role will be playing a key role supporting the senior worker in managing the day to day operations of the centre and supervising a small team of staff and resources.

Applicants must hold a minimum of British Canoeing UKCCL2 in Paddlesports / Coach Award with sheltered water canoe and kayak, with a further 2 national governing body qualifications ideally in those listed below / or similar

Mountain Leader / Lowland Leader
SPA / CWA / ERCA Instructor
Archery GB Instructor
Forest School / Bushcraft Qualifications
MIAS/ British Cycling MBLA
British Canoeing Instructor / Coach Awards
RYA Powerboat L2 / Instructor
