Description: Senior Activity Instructor – ‘Camp Leader’
This role involves management of a team of Tribe Leaders and Field Cook, as well as the day-to-day responsibilities of running an inspiring residential camp, you will be looking after your camp through facilitating activities for students during their stay with us.
We will teach you all you need, then you will ensure our high standards, quality, pastoral care, safeguarding, health and safety are maintained throughout. This role requires enthusiasm, passion, and to lead by example as you will be a role model for young people, ensuring they leave camp with positive memories that will last them a lifetime.

Selection & Appointment Process:
Candidates will be required to complete The Bushcraft Company pre-camp training programme. All appointments are subject to satisfactory training attendance, references and enhanced DBS Status.
