Seasonal Instructor | Adventure Learning Foundation | Thames Valley

We at the Adventure Learning Foundation operate multiple outdoor activity Villages across the Thames Valley region with a vision of being the best and most inspirational provider of outdoor activities to people of all ages and abilities. Activities at our villages include; archery, canoeing, kayaking, climbing, sailing, dragon boating, high ropes and many more. If you are committed to providing high quality outdoor learning experiences we are seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate people to join our team of seasonal instructors and would be delighted to hear from you.

Interview Dates: December/January

Hours: Average hours 45 hours per week to including evenings and weekends.

Ideal candidates will have completed at least one season as a multi activity instructor, hold a valid 1st aid certificate and ideally hold one or more national governing body qualifications to include; UKCC Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Paddlesports, Archery GB Instructor, RYA Dinghy Instructor, MIAS Level 1, ERCA, CWA, SPA, Bush Craft or RYA Power Boat Level 2.
