Description: Guest Services Manager
Chateau Beaumont is residential centre for schools and youth groups. We are looking for a Guest Services Manager to help take responsibility of our well-established centre in the Loire Valley, France.
The successful applicant will be comfortable talking on a friendly but professional level with teachers and staff alike, combining leadership and management qualities effectively. He or she will lead their team to achieve a high-level of customer satisfaction by taking pride in every task, paying close attention to client needs and rigorously maintaining all service, health and safety systems.
You will be required to:
·Hit re-booking targets through excellent customer attention and service
·Ensure and implement all company service standards and operational systems.
·Report daily to Centre Manager and Operations Manager
·Manage various staff teams effectively
·Maintain excellent relations with partners

Experience of the hospitality industry may be more beneficial than experience of the activity industry although strong applicants from both backgrounds will be considered. French Language skills are desirable but not essential.
