You’ll work with the college to achieve an NVQ2 in outdoor activity leadership. You’ll be given a number of training courses including customer care, health and safety, food hygiene and first aid. You’ll start by learning lots and gradually work up to running reception by yourself at times. Our aim is that by the time you leave you are ready for a full time role in a centre. As most of our business is at weekends, the role will regularly work Saturday and Sundays.
