Venture Trust works with marginalised and vulnerable people to support them towards making and sustaining positive changes in their lives.
Working as part of the Inspiring Young Futures programme you will work to develop appropriate, constructive relationships to engage participants in a dynamic, progressive, community and wilderness-based personal development opportunity, to enable them to enter a positive destination.
You will organise and deliver community activity days which assist in preparing young people for the 7 day wilderness personal development journey. You will be expected to staff some of the wilderness journeys and one night community expeditions.
We are looking for a minimum of three NGB Awards from, summer ML certificate, Single Pitch Award, Level 2 Canoe Coach, including a recognised First Aid Certificate.
This is a full-time fixed term 6 month contract based in Kilmarnock.

Interviews will be held on Wednesday 25th April. All candidates will know if they have been shortlisted for interview on the 20th April
Please note that appointments will usually be made at the lower end of the salary scale.
