The Company
The Centre maintains a wide client base and provides a range of programmes from corporate teambuilding and leadership training, motivational days, school multi-activity programs, youth development, to day activity sessions. Would suit Instructors wishing to broaden their experience with diverse clients and develop facilitation experience. Ethos - high quality, professional staff allowed and encouraged to use their strengths and follow their interests using their own initiative within common sense boundaries.

Benefits
Salary and Training - dependent on experience and qualifications - paid night duties - plus training allowance £275 (to be spent during or up to 6 months after your contract). Heavily subsidised training courses including 5 day European Ropes Course Level 2 Instructor qualification.

Accommodation - Live in or out - subsidised board and accommodation on site in the farmhouse or mobile homes. Single rooms.

Working hours - 5 days and up to 2 evenings per week.

Holiday - 28 days per annum (pro rata) inc. Bank Holidays.

Local Area - Superb local climbing, both traditional and sport, on the Heritage Coast; Kimmeridge Bay - the south coast's premier reef break; one of the largest ropes courses in the country; superb sailing area; great mountain biking; Bournemouth nightlife nearby; staff trips, and working in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
