An opportunity has arisen for a Development Trainer within our Mobile Team. Operating from our purpose built vehicles you will part of a small team working on our new Inspiring Young Futures programme with young care leavers and young carers. When you are not working on a course you will be based at our resource base in Cumbernauld.
We are looking for someone who has a couple of years experience as an outdoor instructor and a number of outdoor qualifications. You’ll be confident in your ability to work with complicated individuals, as well as confident in your range of outdoor skills and knowledge. You’ll be someone who’s ready to take the next steps in your own development and be passionate about helping to develop others.
