Description: Trainee Manager
Belchamps Scout Centre, one of the most progressive Scout and Guide centres in the Country is looking to recruit a trainee manager.
The successful candidate will assist the centre manager in the day to day running of reception, large events, and supervision of staff and management of activities.
Training programme and training given.
You will be educated to A level standard or have a year working at an outdoor centre or similar. Duties include day to day management of reception and staff, project and event management.
