PGL is the UK's leading provider of residential activity holidays for children. As the company expands locations and operates for longer seasons each year, finding the right amount of people, who are available when we need them, with the right skills, qualifications and attitude is no easy task!
We find our staff all over the world, training and qualifying many of them from scratch thanks to our huge variety of in-house and nationally recognised qualifications. Feedback tells us that our fantastic staff team is a key reason why our guests choose to return to PGL, so the role of Recruitment Officer is crucial to our operating success.
We employ over 2,500 seasonal staff each year to give our young guests the trip of a lifetime. Recruiting this amount of people in line with our operational demand is a challenging yet enjoyable role.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented, motivated Recruitment Officer to join our team, focusing on the recruitment and retention of activity instructors.
Suitable applicants will posses HR and administration experience, be passionate about people and relish working as part of a close team to meet targets.

This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Head Office in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire. We offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to travel to our centres across the UK, France and Spain.
PGL is committed to the principles of equal opportunities.
