Leader Management Team Administrator

Are you an exceptional Administrator with attention to detail that’s second to none?

As part of the TUI Group, World Challenge design and deliver exciting outdoor educational programmes for school groups, traveling to over 50 destinations worldwide. Our Leader Management team sits within HR and is responsible for the recruitment and development of a large number of highly qualified Expedition Leaders to accompany our teams overseas and ensure their safety and development. We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to support the team on a part time basis.

Based in High Wycombe, you will be assisting the Head of Leader Management to ensure that all personnel administration for the Leader Management Team is completed in an accurate and timely manner.

Our Leaders are well qualified in the delivery of outdoor education to young people; and due to the nature of their work you will have excellent attention to detail, strong administration and communication skills and a mature approach to ensure these people are thoroughly checked and receive a professional and comprehensive administrative service.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Processing CRB checks
Leader qualification documentation checks
Leader profile generation
Sending, tracking and chasing Leader contracts and confirmation letters
Assisting with invoices for Leaders

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
Attention to detail
First-class communication skills – both written and verbal
Previous office administrative experience
A systematic and organised approach
Available to work 19 hours per week, ideally Monday to Friday.
