Description: RYA Windsurf Instructor. RYA start windsurfing instructor or above.
Key responsibilities:
Daily instruction to school groups staying on site, maintenance of equipment and waterfront safety. Looking after the Health and Safety of the guests in all activities. Setting up and pack up of the equipment at the start and end of each day. The thorough cleaning and tidying up of the equipment at the end of the day. Assisting with evening activities/entertainments.
Your duties:
Ensuring that an appropriate instruction programme is provided.
Establishing and implementing water safety procedures.
Ensuring the safety of all guests and staff.
Assisting with the care, maintenance and cleaning of all equipment.
Assisting the Resort Manager and Beach Manager with additional tasks that may be asked of you.
Participating in evening entertainments and social programme such as beach games etc.
Displaying a positive and professional attitude at all times.
