Overall management of the Human Resources, Health & Safety, Training and Programme delivery of the Centre.
Contribute to an annual business plan for the Centre, meeting sales targets
To encourage, nurture and promote Christian faith on the Centre, both amongst staff and the visiting groups
Assist in Financial Management of and Fundraising for the Centre
Assist in Marketing and development of local partnerships
Meet on a regular basis with Centre Leadership Team (CLT)
