Blackwell Adventure are seeking a Group Co Ordinator for June and July. Based between Birmingham and Worcester we operate a range of Activities from high ropes, zip wires, climbing and abseiling to kayaking and raft building.

We deliver a range of taster sessions to schools, colleges and youth groups and are owned by Birmingham Scout Association. You will be expected to take part in all aspects of centre life and work five days out of seven.

You will lead a group arrivals and then look after their stay whilst here being a liaison between teachers and centre and looking after and organising the children. Whilst activities are happening you will be off so you will start at 8 am and finish at 8pm but have plenty of time off in the day. You will need to have worked with children in an organising capacity before and have bags of energy.

Accommodation is provided on site in the form of caravans and purpose built cabins and you will have access to a shared kitchen. No charge is made for accommodation although you will need to purchase your own food.
