Adventure Quest Centre Managers

Managing a team of Activity Instructors, you will coordinate and implement the delivery of all Adventure Quest ropes course and problem solving activities to our visiting groups in a safe, developmental, enjoyable and professional manner.

Daily duties include:
*Manage a team of instructors in order to effectively plan and deliver all sessions in accordance with the company ethos, operating procedures, generic risk assessments and site specific risk assessments.
*Ensure activities are delivered using facilitation and reviewing techniques to achieve high levels of developmental learning.
*Deliver daily instructor, teacher and participant briefings
*Plan and design course itineraries to suit age, ability and customer requirements.
