Set in a stunning location on the shores of Windermere, Lakeside is one of the country’s leading outdoor education centres. We specialise in the delivery of developmental activity programmes to a diverse range of clientele.
We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic individual to join our Safety Team. This is a demanding job requiring a high level of commitment to the work of the Centre, its staff and customers. Applicants should have some experience of providing training to others, of monitoring and implementing safety standards and working within the framework of specific activity guidelines. A high level of interpersonal skills will be required.
You will need to be able to respect the Christian ethos of the YMCA and uphold its values.
