Activity Centre Instructor
Fixed term contract until 31st October 2010
Full Time Role – 40 hours a week.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as an Activity Instructor for The Scout Association, based at Youlbury Scout Activity Centre. www.scouts.org.uk/sac for information about our centres.

As a member of the Scout Activity Centres team you will be working in small teams alongside our international and local volunteer staff to ensure our broad range of guests, which includes Scout, Youth, School and Corporate groups, get the best out of their day or residential experience.

All staff will go through our comprehensive induction and basic training. In addition there are normally a number of opportunities to gain experience and training in additional activities as well as personal skills development.

We offer a broad range of activities at Youlbury including High Ropes, Climbing, Abseiling and Archery. Skills or qualifications in some of these activities are desirable but not essential.
