CHIEF INSTRUCTOR

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading companies in the North East of England. Tees Active Ltd is one of the new breed of charitable leisure management organisations operating in the UK. Tees Active attracts over 2 million visits per year and operates 9 venues, 2 of which are Watersports Centres. Castlegate Quay Watersports Centre and the Tees Barrage White Water Centre.

As a significant player in the Watersports world Tees Active is looking to recruit 3 highly motivated and experienced individuals to assist in driving the company forward in operational and learning excellence.

Castlegate Quay Watersports Centre, the largest, best equipped sailing and paddling centre in the North East and the soon to be upgraded International standard Tees Barrage White Water Centre are seeking Operations Managers. Castlegate Quay is also looking to recruit a Chief Instructor.

All posts are new roles within an existing structure in this exciting time of change.

Chief Instructor Castlegate Quay Watersports Centre
Castlegate Instructor to oversee and develop a team of Watersports Instructors. Specific areas of responsibility are the quality of instruction and delivery, ongoing staff training/development and supervision/induction of freelance instructors. The Chief Instructor will be an experienced Senior Instructor with an eye for detail and customer care as well as having the aptitude and maturity to lead a diverse team.
