Description: Activity Manager
We are currently recruiting a seasonal Activity Manager for our centre located in the Ardeche gorge. The region is an outdoor enthusiast's playground - fantastic climbing, caving, canyoning and whitewater paddling are all on the doorstep.
The Activity Manager role is ideal for an experienced instructor with a proven supervisory background and an eye for 'front of house'.
Duties include:
Staff training, monitoring, programming, accreditation, kit/equipment and the day to day management of 35 instructors.
All of our senior staff participate in a comprehensive training programme in the UK and then travel out to set up the centres prior to guests arriving.

Requirements:
Supervisory or managerial experience within the outdoor activity industry
21 yrs+ for senior positions
Appropriate NGB qualifications - BCU Level 3 or 4 Coach, SPA etc.
