An exciting opportunity for an experienced adventure professional looking for more responsibility, with a company dedicated to providing high quality, safe experiences for all our guests.
Responsible for overseeing activity delivery to Voyager Adventure groups at our Argeles centre, you will ensure all activities and evening entertainments are delivered in a safe and enthusiastic manner, exceeding customer expectations. You will manage the instructional staff team with a view to both product and staff development - we want someone who will help us push our programmes forward.
You should be a good team motivator, with excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills. You should be mature, with the ability to discipline and praise team/individuals.

QUALIFICATIONS
RYA Safety Boat plus two of a relevant Windsurfing, Sailing or Kayaking Instructors qualification (First Aid, RYA, BCU)
