Senior Activity Instructor

Based UK, Full time seasonal contract starting in February/March until September 2010

As a Senior Instructor you will play a key part in ensuring that our groups have a fantastic holiday and that our Activity Instructors are motivated and focused.

You'll have the freedom to do what you do best..managing and developing a small team of Activity Instructors ensuring that they plan and deliver quality indoor and outdoor activities to groups of children in a safe, enjoyable and professional manner.

You'll also liase with Head Office and Teachers/Party Leaders, providing activity timetables and information prior, during and post the groups stay. In addition, you will be responsible for staff rotas, training and performance management.

As a senior team member, you'll work with colleagues to ensure that your Centre operates to the quality standards expected; you'll also get involved in other aspects of running the Centre.

To apply for this role:
You must be over 21 years old and hold a valid UK driving licence
Previous experience of instructing - preferably groups of children
Organisational and motivational skills
Excellent communication skills.
A SPA (single pitch award) is desirable for this position
