Description:
Sailing Instructors

Introduce our guests to the basics of sailing in Southern France and Spain. Excellent RYA training and development opportunities for PGL Sailing Instructors.

PGL, the UK’s leading provider of residential activity holidays and educational courses for children, has been introducing young people to exhilarating watersports for over 50 years and now operate four Royal Yachting Association (RYA) recognised teaching establishments in France and Spain.

We’re looking for people eager to share their passion for sailing with our young guests. You’ll get to sail a variety of boats from our fleet including Cats, Picos, Wayfarer Worlds and Long Boats.
Sessions are held on the sea at our Mediterranean and Costa Brava centres, and on an inland lake at our locations in the Dordogne and Atlantic coast.

Each year we operate an intensive four week RYA pre-season training course in April. If you hold your RYA Seamanship award, you can apply to work for us as a Sailing Instructor and be enrolled on our RYA Assistant Instructor course. We offer training for Assistant Instructors, Dinghy Instructors and Senior Instructors.
You can choose to work from 12 weeks to the full season (April to the end of August). Early applications advised. If you want to take advantage of our four week RYA training and assessment course, ideal applicants will be available from early April for the whole season.

Applications currently being accepted for our 2010 staff team - apply now via the PGL website www.pgl.co.uk/bluedome
