Description:
ICC-Salcombe require a Head Cook for our busy residential activity centre for the 2009 season. Living and working onboard our converted Mersey ferry, in the stunning Salcombe Estuary, you will manage a team providing 3 meals a day to a wide range of hungry guests.

Used to working to budgets, dealing with suppliers and coping with a varied workload, you'll be a cheerful, capable outgoing person who wants to work as part of a team to give guests the best possible experience.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role and is a key position with our organisation. Accommodation and meals provided, fantastic deals on kit, free uniform and lots of opportunities to get involved with outdoor activities during your time off.
