Description: ICC-Salcombe require a Head Cook for our busy residential activity centre for the 2009 season. Living and working onboard our converted Mersey ferry, in the stunning Salcombe Estuary, you will manage a team providing 3 meals a day to a wide range of hungry guests.
Used to working to budgets, dealing with suppliers and coping with a varied workload, you'll be a cheerful, capable outgoing person who wants to work as part of a team to give guests the best possible experience.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role and is a key position with our organisation. Accommodation and meals provided, fantastic deals on kit, free uniform and lots of opportunities to get involved with outdoor activities during your time off.

QUALIFICATIONS
NVQ L2, or equivalent, Food Hygiene and management experience
