Description: If you are looking for a way into the Outdoor and Watersports industry, look no further!
As a Centre Assistant, you will spend half of your time training, observing and assisting with sessions and half of your time working on a variety of activity centre duties. It is envisaged that you will quickly qualify as an RYA Assistant Instructor and then go on to become a fully qualified RYA Dinghy Instructor.
You will also gain experience and qualifications in a range of other activities. This is a live-in position, based on our converted ferry permanently moored in the stunning Salcombe Estuary.

None but some personal sailing experience and an interest in outdoor activities generally is required
