Working with like-minded people in an energetic and lively team you will ensure the groups have an unforgettable time with JCA!
As an Activity Instructor you will learn a wide range of skills to really help you on your way to a successful career in outdoor leisure.

You will be fully trained to organise, lead and deliver a timetable of indoor and outdoor activity sessions to groups of young people. You'll be an inspiration to these children so you'll need to dazzle them with your personality and teaching techniques. By the end of your contract you will gain an NVQ 2 in Activity Leadership which will give you a great start in the outdoor industry!

You'll organise a varied evening entertainment program and activities and work as part of a close team to achieve results. As well as this, you'll be able to enjoy the outdoors, experience new adventures, learn new skills and make new friends.
