World Challenge designs and delivers exciting outdoor educational programmes for school groups.

We are seeking a School Programme Manager to manage, maintain and develop our relationships with a portfolio of client schools in the North East Lincolnshire area.

As the key point of contact, you’ll provide quality guidance and support through informal visits and presentations with your schools. Your enthusiasm for the outdoors will inspire and motivate Challengers, Parents and Teachers about the benefits of World Challenge programmes.

You will be an excellent communicator, influential and outgoing; and able to ensure first class customer service.
