The Senior Manager role is responsible for creating and nurturing excellent strategic relationships with schools to ensure that our programs meet their individual needs. We seek visionary leadership and a passion for success plus:

*Autonomous / Self Driven Role
*Developing and maintaining Excellence in client relationships
*A proven background in educational program development and implementation
*Experience of the education sector.
*Ability to develop outcomes based curriculum and mentor the successful delivery of outcomes focused
*Unwavering focus on quality of client relationship management
*Outstanding communication abilities with proven negotiation and presentation skills
*Formal teaching and/or outdoor education/recreation qualifications are highly regarded
*Strong decision making and problem solving skills both in an administrative and field environment
