Skill Force is a registered charity with 40 teams accross England, Scotland and Wales. We deliver proven alternative curriculum programmes to young peopleaccross the country, initiating interest and aspiring achievement.

Following a very successful first two years of operations, the Torbay team are now seeking to recruit an additional instructor as part of the team's planned expansion for the academic year 2008/09. Successful applicants will have a relevant qualification or experience in teaching, instructing or training as well as experience of working with young people. An interest in outdoor education is desirable as is a desire to support the development of young people. Applicants should hold a clean driving licence, preferably with the ability to drive mini buses (D1). You must be able to demonstrate an ability to work independently in a challenging and fast changing environment.

All successful applicants will be subject to Criminal Records Bureau checks to enhanced level. A team visit is highly desirable prior to the selection centre.
