Gilwell Park Scout Activity Centre - Fixed term 2 year contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a key part of the Scout Activity Centres team.
The successful candidate will join us at an exciting time as we really drive forward our activities program. You will have a real passion for working outdoors with young people, providing activities that are fun, educational and safe.
This position involves supporting and motivating a small team of staff some of whom will be long term volunteers. You will work alongside the team to ensure the delivery of activity sessions and programmes to a broad range of guests. Not only will you be providing excellent informal outdoor learning experiences but also providing feedback to instructing staff to ensure they develop their own skills.
This post offers accommodation and a contributory pension scheme.
