North Yorkshire Youth has an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Senior Leadership Team as Head of Centre

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the successful candidate will become a member of the organisations Senior Leadership Team.

You will join a dynamic and rapidly expanding charitable organisation as the Head of our Outdoor Centre. The potential of the centre is only limited by imagination and we are seeking a visionary leader to truly develop this potential.

Responsibilities will naturally include the operational management of the centre however we are seeking a strategic thinker, someone to broker partnerships and an innovator. As part of a wider role you will also work in partnership with North Yorkshire County Council to champion the Duke of Edinburgh Award in North Yorkshire.
