Description: Endeavour has funding from DCSF for a new national programme of outreach work with young people at risk of exclusion. If you are experienced in work with challenging young people, and can develop new programmes and partnerships in a community setting, we would like to hear from you.
The Outreach Worker post will suit someone who is ambitious and wishes to advance their management & business development skills. The Project Worker post offers a challenge for someone from a youth work or outdoor education background. We are keen to recruit new colleagues from communities that have been underrepresented in our workforce.
