Australia is a vast continent of spectacular natural beauty and unparalleled diversity. You could be walking in remote bush, paddling through remarkable national parks and surfing along rugged limestone coasts, all part of a day's work.

OEG runs both centre based and journey based programs across Australia.

On the ground, no day, no program, no student is the same. You will encounter a broad range of experiences leading programs from 3 - 33 days.

Our employment packages are unbeatable. We offer positions on a short term, casual basis as well as longer term sponsored positions with on-going accredited training, on site accommodation options, and up to 16 weeks of paid annual leave (to fit in your travel plans). On top of that we'll pay you at peak industry rates.

To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
Formal qualifications in Outdoor Recreation or Outdoor Education
The drive to develop your Outdoor Education career with Australia's largest OE provider

Applicants seeking VISA sponsorships will need to commit to living in Australia for a minimum of two years.
