Description:
Essex County Council Outdoor Education Service is currently seeking Seasonal Instructors to work at our centres in Bradwell, Danbury, Harlow and Mersea. Summer instructors are involved in delivering activity sessions to young people from schools, youth groups and youth localities in a variety of activities including climbing, high ropes, archery, mountain biking, canoeing, kayaking and sailing.

Seasonal instructors should be over 18 and ideally be able to start work between mid April and May, although individual centres may have some flexibility with this. Your working week may include some evening, weekend and overnight duties. Contracts will run to August or September.

Some centres can offer accomodation on-site for seasonal staff.

QUALIFICATIONS
None as all training is provided, although SPA, BCU Level II, GNAS or RYA training or assessments would be an advantage
