Casual Water Activity Centre Assistants - Ref. PD50142423 Scale 2/4 Career grade £14,197 - £14,882 pro rata (Subject to Job Evaluation) All inclusive of weekend allowance.

These posts are part of the Harbour Authority's Water Activity Centres. You will assist the Leisure Facilities Officers or Designated Duty Supervisor in the effective operation of the Water Activity Centres.

You will be motivated with experience and coaching qualifications in the outdoor water sport arena, one of the following coaching qualification is essential – canoeing, rowing, sailing, and windsurfing as well as excellent communication skills and an ability to deal with customers at all levels and ages. Progression will be dependent on attaining the relevant qualifications.

These are career-graded posts with progression through the grade based on competence and experience.

Due to the nature of the posts a satisfactory enhanced CRB disclosure will be required.
