Description:
PGL is current recruiting Dinghy Instructors to introduce our young guests to the basics of dinghy sailing at our market-leading children's residential holiday centres in southern France and Spain.

We're looking for enthusiastic sailors who can inspire, motivate and reassure our young guests at a variety of stunning locations including the Mediterranean Coast, Alpine Lakes and the Costa Brava.

You must hold at least your Royal Yachting Association Seamanship award to demonstrate your level of personal competency. Successful applicants with this award will then attend our four week pre-season RYA training course starting in April in Spain, working towards their RYA Assistant Instructor and Dinghy Instructor qualifications. This training course is free of charge, providing you complete your contract of employment with us.

Our Dinghy Instructors receive a competitive weekly wage, meals, accommodation, access to RYA training & qualification opportunities, free uniform and return transport to resort from a UK port.

Vacancies available from mid-April to September. You choose the length of contract, from eight weeks to the full season. Ask us about working in the UK before and after the summer season.
