Canoeing is at the heart of PGL and we have long recognised this sport as a great way to introduce children to the outdoors.

We have opportunities for paddlers of all standards to join our staff team at stunning locations across the UK, France and Spain with various start dates from January onwards.

Vacancies for Canoe Instructors (BCU TL2 Canoe+), Kayak Instructors (BCU TLS Kayak +), River Leaders (BCU Level 3 Coach) and Chief Instructors.

Non-qualified paddlers may be interested in our Activity Instructor roles, where you can build up your personal competency and access training courses in your free time.
