Resort Ski Representative - Peak Season Ski Representative

As a resort rep you will be responsible for ensuring that the day to day running of the groups holiday runs smoothly, liaising with suppliers, party leaders, dealing with minor problems, and delivering excellent customer service.

Other key skills required: excellent organisation, communication, customer service, problem solving, critical thinking and initiative.

You will need to be available for one or two weeks during the February, and/or the Easter holidays although other weeks in the season are available. You should also be a confident skier/boarder - a minimum of 1 weeks experience is essential. Spoken Italian, German or French is preferred, and knowledge of ski resorts American or European is also desirable.
