Housekeepers (known as Club Rep) required for immediate start.
Live & work on board our ship, permanently moored in the stunning Salcombe Estuary. Our floating base provides the perfect setting for our sailing school and multi-activity centre.

The Housekeepers / Club Reps form a key part of the team, ensuring that the domestic and social side of an ICC experience are as outstanding as the activities. This is a varied role including cleaning work, looking after our younger sailors outside of sailing sessions, & bar work.

Ideal for people looking for a way into the outdoor industry.

Previous experience is not essential as full on-job training will be given. Most important qualities will be enthusiasm, versatility, teamwork, an interest in working with children and a good sense of humour.

An interest in sailing will be a significant advantage, as many opportunities will present themselves throughout the season to learn or enhance existing sailing skills. Many Club Reps have gone on to careers in the outdoors.

March - October season.

Applicants must be UK/EU residents or non-residents with a valid UK work permit.The successful candidate will be required to undergo a CRB check.
