As a Senior Instructor you will play a key part in ensuring that our groups have a fantastic holiday and our Activity Instructors are motivated and focused.
You'll have the freedom to do what you do best..managing and developing a small team of Activity Instructors ensuring that they plan and deliver quality indoor and outdoor activities to groups of children in a safe, enjoyable and professional manner.
You'll also liase with Head Office and Teachers/Party Leaders, providing activity timetables and information prior, during and post the groups stay. In addition, you will be responsible for staff rotas, training and performance management.
QUALIFICATIONS
You'll have experience of working with groups of children and hold relevant NGB qualifications. Just as important you'll be a motivator, confident with excellent communication skills.
