This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic and motivated field studies tutors to join the South's Premier Outdoor Education Centre as a full-time, permanent member of staff.

The range of activities taught at the Centre includes Field Studies, Kayaking, Dinghy Sailing, Windsurfing, Power boating, Skiing, Snowboarding, Rock Climbing, Track Cycling, Mountain Biking, Archery, Orienteering, High Ropes and Development Training.

What are we looking for? Enthusiastic, motivated staff who believe in the value of outdoor learning. You should be aged 21 or over and have a broad experience of Field Studies and Outdoor Activities. Ideally, you should already be working, or have worked in a Centre and have some relevant teaching experience.

It is highly desirable to hold a degree in a relevant subject and skills or instructional qualifications in any land-based activity is advantageous, particularly Skiing, Rock Climbing, or Snowboarding. However, you may have a range of outdoor activities and teaching experience, but no formal instructional qualifications. It is highly desirable you hold a D1 or PCV categories for driving minibuses. Alternatively, it is essential that you have a full driving licence held for two years and are able to pass the PCV medical.
