NST are now recruiting for the 2008 season with Selection days being held throughout October and November. (Please note there are a limited number of vacancies available for just July and August)

The 2008 season begins early April with a 3 week dedicated staff training period prior to our guests arriving on site. Our season runs until mid September and we are looking for staff who can commit to this full 6 month period.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to work as the Land Activity Co-ordinator at our Ardeche Adventure site in the South of France.

You will have proven experience of working and communicating with young people and groups and an interest in training and developing a team of land based activity instructors.

As a member of the senior activity team, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will be responsible for all land based activities run at Lou Valagran. This will include responsibility for all training, assessment and monitoring of the instructional team in these activities.

In addition to your advanced instructional skills, you will have a general aptitude for coaching outdoor pursuits as you will work alongside the Activities Manager in leading and motivating the activity team.

In addition to your level of experience you must hold a minimum of MLTUK SPA training and have experience in mountain biking and running adventurous ropes course elements.
