Endeavour Training is a national educational charity which provides personal and social development programmes for disadvantaged and disaffected young people aged between 14-25. Our programmes traditionally use outdoor and challenging activities to help build self esteem and develop core skills to change young peoples lives.

Due to recent growth in the Midlands, a new opportunity has become available. We are looking for a freelancer/part time Project Worker to run our ongoing 4 day, Gateway to Work Programme in Leicester. This is a 2 day a week course that works with unemployed young people aged between 18-25. We are looking for someone with a minibus (D1) licence, experience of experiential learning/delivering group work, preferably with a S.P.A/outdoor qualification.

Start dates are flexible but courses need to be covered from September 2007 onwards. Courses are booked until December and will start again in January. Full cover required until June/July 08.
