Instructor Training Course Winter 2009/10 - October 2009 – February 2010

A course designed specifically for Instructors who want to gain further National Governing Body Qualifications and that much needed skill experience. Have you got yourself on the first rung of the ladder with skill and NGB Awards and want to progress further?

Qualifications will be available in Sailing, Climbing, Mountain Walking & Navigation, Caving, WW Kayaking & Canoeing.
Qualification courses will focus on the individual and may include:
UKCC/BCU - FSRT, WWSR, 1, 2, 3 Star and 4 Star Leader Training/Assessment. Level 1 Coach, Level 2 Coach Training/Assessment
MLTE - SPA Training/Assessment
BCA - LCLA Training/Assessment

As well as the above qualifications, students will gain a wealth of logged experience in a variety of different locations. These will include:
North Devon/N Cornwall, North & South Wales, Pembrokeshire, Mendips, Peak District, and Swanage, as well as the local base with Dartmoor on our doorstep!

Course Dates: October to January 2009/2010 (14 weeks)

Price: £2,100 non-residential. With residential visits accommodation board costs covered.

There are finance options available.
Options include:
Paying a deposit in advance of the course, and then paying the remainder in full on the start date.
Paying half the course fee and working part of the 2010 season in lieu of outstanding amount
Paying a deposit, and working in lieu of the remaining course fee

In order that we are able to offer students the attention they require and candidates are able to gain the absolute maximum benefit from the course, places are strictly limited to 6 students.
