Description:
Haven Banks Outdoor Education Centre is recruiting staff for the 2008 season. Applicants should be motivated and dynamic outdoor educators who are passionate about delivering outdoor adventure training to all ages and ability levels within Devon.

Applicants should hold at least 2 N.G.B awards and be keen and motivated towards both personal development and the development of the individuals with which they work.

The Centre is renowned for the high quality of staff it trains, employs and develops. The Centre recruits a seasonal staff team each year to cater for the busy and varied activity programme it offers. Staff will work on this wide-ranging programme throughout the season, working at various levels within their qualification remit.

The Centre also prides itself on having a social and fun loving team who thrive on teamwork which ensures the Centre operates effectively and efficiently.

Haven Banks has a continued commitment towards every aspect of Outdoor and adventurous activities delivery, as well as ensuring its staff are fully trained and qualified to deliver these activities. Therefore during the season, several training opportunities will be available to improve skill levels and gain further National Governing Body Qualifications.

Salary range: From £200 per week depending on qualifications & responsibilities
