Acorn Adventure is the UK’s leading provider of real outdoor adventure camps for schools, groups and families with centres in the UK, France and Italy. Acorn Adventure is now recruiting for the 2008 season which begins in March/April.

We are looking to recruit Catering Managers for our centres in the UK, France & Italy.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at an activity based holiday centre and build on your experience, taking charge of your own kitchen and team of catering staff. You will oversee the provision of three well-balanced wholesome meals a day for between 150 and 300 guests and staff depending on which centre you are based at.
As well as food preparation you will be responsible for all the kitchen administration including rotas, ordering, record keeping, stock control and catering staff training.
We expect you and your staff team to deliver a superb service to our guests at all times.

All our staff participate in our training programme prior to guests arriving at our centres. We are looking for people who can commit to working the full season.

QUALIFICATIONS
C&G 706 1 & 2 or equivalent, Food hygiene certificate, Experience in a high-volume catering environment, Computer literate
