About UKSA:
UKSA is a youth charity offering transformational opportunities for young people through sailing and watersports. We focus on three areas: personal development, schools and group visits, and professional maritime training. We are based in Cowes, Isle of Wight - the heart of the yachting world.
We don't just offer certification and training, as a youth charity we can offer that bit extra. We really look after our young people. Our careers students benefit from 1:1 mentoring, access to our careers network, realistic careers advice and help with CVs. We help over 9,000 people a year to achieve their personal best. We have a fantastic fleet, a waterfront campus, inspirational instructors and great facilities.

Superyacht Crew Training:
This course is for those wanting to launch a career, who are at the start of their journey into the maritime industry. It is right for those who want to learn, who have an interest in being out at sea, who can work well in a team, who can study independently. If you like the idea of studying within a campus environment then UKSA will suit you. If you are itching to get out into the world of paid work, then this six-week course is the ideal springboard for you, giving you the qualifications and the right expectations for a life at sea.

The ideal entry route, offering the simplest and most effective way to gain employment as deckhand or crew aboard yachts of all sizes, including the largest superyachts. This course provides a stepping stone into an industry which offers a wealth of travel opportunities and experiences.
