An opportunity has arisen to lease a commercial property currently used as a training/outdoor centre on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. The property is newly refurbished and is suitable for immediate occupancy. Terms of the lease are negotiable.

The property is owned by Outlook Expeditions and has been used by us for the past six years for the delivery of our UK based adventure activity programmes and our expedition based training courses, in addition to providing office space for staff. Due to recent expansion Outlook has moved to larger office premises nearby. This combined with the outsourcing of some of our training courses means that Outlook is able to offer the property to interested parties on a leasehold basis.

Facilities include -
Tarmacadamed parking area, 24-40 beds, 2 training rooms, offices, commercial catering facilities, toilets and shower rooms, storage sheds, equipment stores and drying room.
