Dinghy Sailing & Royal Yacht Association Sailing Courses
Our fleet of toppers and GP14s provide a great way of learning
and developing skills safely and progressively. There are several
sailing courses that can be completed through the centre, with
full accreditation from the R.Y.A.
RYA Level One: (2 Day Course)
An intensive course designed to have you sailing safely and confidently
in the shortest possible time. A very rewarding first course for
whatever you aspirations are. No experience needed.
RYA Level Two: (2-3 Day Course)
A course for beginners, this is an intensive course of instruction
aimed at getting you sailing confidently in moderate weather conditions.
Experience of single-handed Topper sailing is part of this course.
As with any outdoors activity courses are dependant on weather
conditions and aptitudes.

RYA Seamanship Skills: (3- 5 Day Course)
This is the ideal course once you have basic experience and wish
to refine your skills. Emphasis is put on good seamanship techniques
with the chance to broaden your experience using a variety of
different watercrafts.
We also offer courses to budding young sailors. These courses
are fun packed with excellent tuition aimed at developing emerging
skills.
These programmes are all run on a demand basis. The centre is
extremely flexible and courses can be tailored to suit your specific
needs.
